Ways to use a RO. parcel mailbox
Free-standing at the driveway
One volume for post and parcels, placed at the boundary line and finished in the same colour as your exterior joinery. Couriers never enter the property and you avoid a second pick-up trip.
Integrated into the storage unit
As the end module of a bike store or garden cabinet: the mailbox is reachable from the street, collection happens from the driveway side. Two functions, one line in the front garden.
For two households or an apartment
Modules side by side give a row of boxes with the same appearance, each with its own lock. A shared entrance stays orderly without a standard block in the front garden.

Why a parcel mailbox
Parcels keep taking a larger share of daily deliveries, while a classic letterbox is built for envelopes only. A parcel box has a generous internal volume and a separate opening large enough for an average parcel, so the courier does not have to leave it with a neighbour or at a pick-up point. That saves time and reduces the risk of a parcel sitting unattended at the door.
In line with the rest of your garden
Because the mailbox uses the same grid, materials and colours as the storage units and cabinets, there is no stray object at the street side. Choose the same finish as your storage or carport and the whole reads as one family. Without another RO. element, pick the colour from your facade or window frames.
Freestanding or connected
The mailbox can stand freestanding on a base or post, be built into a wall or garden fence, or connect directly to a RO. storage unit at the street side. That last option is popular in new builds: one volume that brings mail, parcels and bikes together at the point you already pass.
Material, lock and maintenance
Powder-coated aluminium is the standard: light, rust-free and colour stable. Corten and stainless steel remain available to match other elements. Emptying is by lock; the coating needs no maintenance beyond the occasional wipe. Name plate and house number can be included on request.
